So, what exactly is maternal care collective?

Maternal Care Collective (MCC) is a collective that brings together independent, women-owned businesses who share a common belief: mothers deserve care that feels connected. Each provider brings their own expertise and remains independently owned, but we collaborate behind the scenes on your behalf - helping you build a personalized circle of support and a more complete postpartum care plan, all in one place.
Start by filling out our Build Your Care Team form and tell us what you’re looking for and how we can best support you at this time (if you aren’t sure - no worries - we can help with that too). Then, someone from our MCC support team will contact you and help you figure out which services make the most sense for your needs, help you create a plan to prioritize your care, and connect you with the right providers. We’ll take care of the logistics so you can focus on getting the support you actually need.

How does it work?
MCC is made up of independent, women-owned businesses, so you’ll work directly with each provider for payment. Rates, insurance, and payment options may vary depending on the service and provider.
As part of MCC, our providers have also chosen to offer an exclusive bonus, special rate, or discount when you’re referred to them through MCC. It’s one of the ways our providers can support you while making it easier to build a connected circle of care.
You get the benefit of trusted, collaborative care in one place, while continuing to support the independent businesses behind it.

What About Pricing?
Can I include my own providers in my care team?

Absolutely. You can include providers you already know and trust alongside your MCC providers. With your permission, we’ll provide a release of information so our providers can communicate and coordinate care with your existing team.
Our MCC providers are committed to collaborating as part of your care team. While we’re happy to include outside providers, we can’t guarantee their level of involvement or require them to coordinate with MCC. We’ll make the connection and keep communication open from our side, while respecting that outside providers operate independently

MCC started from a very personal place. After birth, so many of us experienced how overwhelming it can feel to figure out who to call, what support you need, and how to coordinate it all when you’re already exhausted. We began building MCC to make that part easier - bringing together women-owned businesses that provide the support mothers actually need and, just as importantly, share a heart for collaboration and caring for the whole mother. What started as a way to make postpartum care feel less overwhelming has grown into a collective designed to help mothers find the right people, connect the pieces, and feel supported along the way.
